From a young age, I have always felt a profound connection with animals. My journey into the world of pet care began when I started pet sitting at the age of 10 in 1990. By 1996, I was fortunate to apprentice under a master groomer, where I spent five year honing in on my grooming skills and techniques. In 1999, I earned my national certification in non-sporting breeds. With over three decades of experience in pet care, I have been a proud member of the grooming team at Old Mill since February 2007, where I have the pleasure of working with all breeds, coat types, and behaviors.

Beyond my professional life, I find immense joy in gardening with my partner and supporting our children in their diverse activities. I have also participated in Toss and Fetch, a dog frisbee league that added a fun twist to my love for animals. Additionally, I have a passion for fishing and solving puzzles, which bring a sense of calm and accomplishment. Our home is a lively and living environment with our five pets: three dogs – Luffy, Tater Tot, and Ryker – and two cats – Joxer and B.B., who have transitioned from injured ferals to cherished family members.
