Your Pet's First Visit

Thank you for choosing our boarding kennel and grooming services. We’re excited to care for your pet and want every stay and appointment to feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free. Please review the appointment policies below so we can give your companion the best possible experience from the very first visit.

Appointment Policies

​Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your pet's appointment for check-in. If you have not filled out all relevant patient forms yet, plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment.

While we do our best to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, there will be times of occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time. Please accept our apologies should this occur, and understand that the same dedication and courtesy will be provided to your pet should they ever need it.

"I can't say enough great things about BOTH the vet and the kennel. We've used the vet with both of our dogs and the vets, techs, and front desk staff are always so helpful and kind. We are always able to get timely appointments and they always squeeze us in when needed.More recently we started using the kennel for grooming and to have as a back up in case we need boarding. Our dog loves everyone there but he hates nail trims and baths - no other dog store or service has been able to work with him. They see his anxiety and panic and they don't even let him up on the table. Old Mill is SO kind, they take great care of him, and find ways to make sure he is comfortable and less anxious. The staff is SO incredibly kind."
